Buyer threatening to file case of cheating against me. What to do?

I am an NRI and owned a piece of land in a good neighborhood for 3 years. Person A posted a board stating that that it is his property: I came know about it, flew down and after ensuring my documents were upto date, got the board removed. Before I left India, my lawyer asked me to put an injunction to ensure my property was protected. A month later, sold the property. Buyer hired my lawyer to facilitate sale. 3 months after sale, Person A filed injunction vs buyer, took possession. Buyer now threatening legal action against me as cheating. What is my legal standing? Didnt act with that intent
that you owned a piece of land and held it for 3 years, thereafter Person A posted a board that this land belongs to him, you came to know about it and flew down here and after ensuring that your documents were upto date, you got the board removed. My question to you is if you were in possession of the land how did person A put up a board in your land and if he had put up a board claiming this land to be his property, did you contact him for ascertaining further details from him as regards his claim that this land was his. If not what you did on mere assumption and further removing the board tantamounts to cheating in the first place for which he is seeking legal action against you.
Next when you obtained an injunction was this against that person A or some one else, this must be clarified. If Person A was a party to your proceedings then what is the written statement filed by him in your case, and further at what stage is the case now in.
Kindly provide all this information along with documentary proofs to any advocate on this forum and take an appropriate advice from them as regards the next course of action in this regards.
