Buyer forged documents and completed deal police not filing FIR

28-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)

1)Showroom sold with partial possesion 4-5 Years back, buyer forged the document that claimed that has completed the deal with seller as said in court based on forged documents. 2)Buyer is having temporary stay & permanent stay subject to evidence based on photocopy of forged document in district court. 3)Police did not do the FIR so the request is put in court. Please suggest as there might be some political reasons FIR being not done by police and still the court has not taken decision to do the FIR.

Dear Client. As buyer has already obtained decree against you even though it's based upon forget document (As alleged by you) so, I will suggest you to contest the decree obtained by buyer. Rest, it's not possible to elaborate as details are not sufficient.
