Buyer asking to execute sale deed on old price what action can I take

My brother has a property in Banglore.. He stays in US . As he wanted to sell it gave me power of attorney. I did agreement to sale with a buyer on 2 Rs stamp paper not on 100 rs stamp paper and it was not notarized or registered 1 and 1/2 year back . Buyer agreed for sale deed with in 3 months. But till today he did't . Now he wanted for sale deed on old price or want 10 lakhs extra to release the agreement to sale. but price of the property went up by 20%. He gave me just 10 lakhs for the property of 1.5 crores. Pl inform me Agreement on 2 Rs paper/ power of attorney are valid or not

Dear Sir/Madam, you don't worry about it. You have to issued a legal notice to the said buyer for mentioned the failed to within the time to come forward to execute the sale deed in his favour prescribed time... and you have give public notice for the cancellation of the same... if you want my legal service I will do it.

Agreement is not valued based on your reprentation.

Moreover the the term of the agreement is three months. I guess he has not sent you notice to execute sale deed with in that time period.

You need not agree to sell the property for earlier agreed terms as the said agreement was invalid and time barred.
