Builder not ready to construct building what to do

my mother in law sold our property in 2010.at very low cost as per market price.and purchaser is not builder.that gay sale our property to third party at high price last year and this third party is builder.now the builder is not taken any meeting with tenants even not any tenant know about this.before few days there employees came and write there notice that this lad and chawl is now owned by this builder but still there is not write his company name on board just writhed his own name (like Mr. suresh ____) now what is solution of this issue . the builder said that we have to sale our rooms in just rs. 15 lack in borivali area in Mumbai. my mother in law not received enough money against this land and now the builder also doing this with us we don't have any person who give us proper advice. please help us
See in the given situation as per the facts provided by you, your mother in law sold away a property at a cost lesser than that of market value. Now, as the said transfer was done by your mother in law, her interest in the property is dissolved. Thereafter, That person sold the said property to the third party i.e, the builder. Now as the property was sold away your mother in law have no interest in the said property. Also, after the people stick the notice on the said property claiming builder is not the owner of the same, such notice is not valid, as it is difficult to assume that the same notice was channelized through the agents by the builder himself. Now as it was a matter of past and if there was a sale deed then, there is nothing to do on your behalf. As your mother in law is no more an owner of the said property.
