Builder not providing the service tax receipt, how to obtain ?

Hi I have booked an under construction flat in Noida in feb,2016.Builder collected Rs. 81000/- as a service tax @4.5% of registry amount in oct,2016.Builder is not giving me receipt and said service tax paid by company on behalf of yourself.Individual receipt is not generated. How can I verify that builder deposited my service tax to government or not. Thanks!!!
