Builder not providing parking space

I have bought ready to move flat in jaipuria sunrise greens society in year 2014. I have bought this flat from the first owner who booked the flat from builder. The first owner bought this flat for investment purpose and never took possession of this flat I am the one who took possession of flat after purchasing this from 1st owner in year 2014. My question is that builder has given me parking space in the open area whereas car parking built for all flat owners in the basement but some of the Flat owners given parking in the basement and some of them were provided parking in open area. It has been held in number of cases that Builder cannot allot Parking Spaces to flat Purchasers as Parking spaces are property of the Society and only Society can allot Parking Spaces to its Members, therefore any allotment by Developer is illegal and can be cancelled by Society
