Builder giving possession with poor construction quality can I sue him
28-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
Builder has done 5 year delay , still lot of job are pending and forcing us to take unfinished house. Also forcing for full payment. He is saying that builder is not responsible for any delay as per agreement and we have to pay full amount otherwise he will take intrest on pending amount. The quality of construction is very poor , can i have any legal option against the builder. Thank you
