Dear Sir/Madam, you are tenant/lease holder in that Flat. You have to issue a legal notice to the your landlord as well as KSFC and concerned persons to settled the lease amount immediately, and if they have not to give satisfactory reply to your notice, thereafter you have to file petition to stay the said attachment and not to dispossesion from the said flat without due process of law, and to file suit for recovery of your money (lease amount).
