Brother's want to sell father's property, how to get stay order?

We are 4 sisters and 2 brothers aged between 35 to 50 years.my father died in 1987 leaving huge personal property.my mother is still alive.my 2 brothers want to sell all property without 4 sisters consent.how can we send stay order to stop the selling?what is the process and how much time does it take to send the notice?also 2 of the sisters live outside india,are there signature required for stay order and how that can be done?

File Title partition suit,
For fair distribution of parental property,by the court, all the brothers and sisters will get the with mother also ,if they want to give up their share with consent then he or she have to state this before the court.And for the meantime you can also file to stay to sell by any stakeholders.

As per Hindu succession act each and every legal heirs have equal share in ancestral property, you may file partition suit before the competent court of civil jurisdiction. If can make your other sister as part to the case in support
