Brothers not agreeing to share join hindu property what to do

Property is registered on the name of 5 brothers .3 brothers are living in that house with their families. 2 brothers are not living in that house and want their respective share but other brothers don't want to give r share, not even any portion. We are asking our share from last 10 years but they are just giving lame excuses and passing their life in full luxury. They are saying we r ready to sell the house but if we send a dealer to have a look at house ,they dont even let him in.please suggest me how can i get my share through court. Steps and precautions i should take to my share .
You may visit us alongwith the proof of your property and family chart proof like your Rashan Card or any such document which proves that you also have share in the property.
