Brothers disagreeing for partition of property

We are three brothers, in which two are physically and financially strong than me, i am the middle one, We have land which is to divide epually, but 75% of land is provided in rent, renters are living from decades. Problem is i am forced to take the share full of renters, and rest of share they will divide, They are not willing to take any initiative of renters. And i will not able to take the risk of renters alone. They are ready to take legal action in my against if i will not agree. Pls suggest me what to do in this matter.... Plz
