Brother trying to damage my crop and trying to claim right on my land

Sir, i have 3 acres of land in karimnagar district, in which i bought 1.5 acres of land and adjacent to it my inlaws gifted 1.5 acres of land to my wife in the year 1985. since then i am giving this land on lease as i do job in hyderabad. so from the past 3 years as i got retired and i started cultivating it myself, my brother who doesn't have any right on this land as this is not ancestral property he is creating problems and illegally he damaged my crop recently and threatened me. so my question to u is what cases can i book and under which section.

1) Section 447 in The Indian Penal Code
447. Punishment for criminal trespass.—Whoever commits criminal trespass shall be punished with imprisonment of either descripÂtion for a term which may extend to three months, with fine or which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both.
2) Section 418. Cheating with knowledge that wrongful loss may ensue to person whose interest offender is bound to protect
