Brother trying to damage house can I file FIR

I have a house. and I live in different city. I suspect that my brother will try to damage or broke my house. can I file fir in police station of suspect that in case my house damage they will arrest my brother

you cannot file an FIR for an apprehension, however you can make a note to the police about your apprehension and the reason why you apprehend, you can send the note to the concerned police station and also cc to your brother, who will not act smart therein after.
