Dear Sir/Madam, if your brother and his friend really forged and put the signatures of your and got the property of yours, you should police complaint against them and thereafter you have to file the civil suit for cancellation of the said documents, it is correct procedure, you should insist your lawyer to lead your case from time to time stages. And your lawyer to file the I.A for FSL to send those forged documents to fSl. You should continue the case by taking help of your lawyer or Taluka Legal Services Authority.

You have not mentioned at what stage the case is posted. If it has been going on for 4 years, then it might have reached an advanced stage. My advice to you is to approach the Court or your Lawyer at the Taluka Court and obtain the Entire Order Sheet in the case. Then convince your lawyer to help you out. The State Legal Services Authority offers free legal aid to economically weaker section. I advice you to approach the District Court and enquire regarding the free legal aid.
