Brother refusing to share jointly bought land registered in his name

I and my Brother invested money on land in 2008 in Nidadavole City in West Godavari dist AndhraPradesh . The investment model is 50-50 share model . Due to my un availability, the land was registered on my brother's name.Now my brother is cheating me and he is not willing to give my share of the land.So I don't know what I want to to . I seeking help. Respected Sirs, I need help on this. what are the ways I have to get back my share from my Brother. My Mother and other Brother are witness in this land purchase since I had sent my share value money through My Mother and other Brother. Please suggest me Sir .

If you are able to show the financial transactions between you and your brother, then you can ask him to provide you your share in the property. Also, try to reach to an amicable settlement by way of talking with relatives and family members. Also, you can send him a legal notice claiming your share in the property because the said joint property with brother, sister or other relatives for which the amount is paid out of known sources of income does not fall in the purview of the Benami Transactions.
