Brother not willing to share the property

My father and mother passed away without a will.. We 3 siblings one my elder brother married and second me am married too and 3rd my younger sister she is minor 15yrs.. Since my father died my brother is using all the rents coming from the property and he given two flats for lease without my consent.. Now when i asked to share the property he says no.. He is saying if there is a minor sister we cannot share anything till she is major.. Is it true.. Kindly advice..
