Brother named mother in will can wife claim that property

We are 3 son.. And our granfather give us property (pushtainiy) equaly devided..and my 1 brother died in 2002 due to serious decease.. But before his death he make will and gave back that property on my mother name..now 22june 2016my father died. And now my dead bother's wife and his childrens claiming that property back from my mother which my died brother gave to my mother.... So plz advice me that she (wife of dead brother) can claim????? She also claiming amount of 6500000 intead of that property... Advise me
kindly provide the copy of will and rest details because until then not easy to define rest yes there is way to stop her due to which she will not claim the property and then there will be no need to provide that money to her thank you

Hi I have gone through your query and as per your version your brother bequestherd his property in favour of your mother by 'Will' and in case the said 'Will' is duly executed then you can transfer share of your brother in favour of your mother and wife of your deceased brother cannot claim share in the said property.
