Brother made sign the gift deed what can be done

My mom dad has got the property from his father that is his share and of that share he got registrar will in favour of his all son and daughter but his brother has take a chance of his ill health and make him to sign a registrar gift deed in favour of him as he is an avocate he know all and what to do plz can u give some suggestion to get my mom share in that property is that possible
