Brother has property on his name what options to transfer it to me

the property is under my brothers name and he would like to transfer it to me. what are the different options and what is the process, cost and what all documents is required to execute this process

The procedure for transferring the property in your name from your brother's name would be to get a Gift Deed prepared and get it registered.
The Stamp Duty will be comparatively less and according to the property.
You will need:
Ration Card, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Original Purchase Agreement or Titleship Document, Society Maintenance Bill, Municipal Assessment Bill, Electricity Bill.
