Brother gave property on rent without permission and knowledge

Have a flat in Gurgaon. brother has 2/3rd share in it and i have it 1/3rd share in it. We were planning to sell the flat but he gave it on rent without our permission and without our knowledge. What action can we take in this situation?
Since it is a family matter you must try to settle it amicably. Going to courts might unnecessarily flare up the issue. You must talk to your brother reach a consensus on how to deal with the property. If you want to get rid of the property but your brother does not then you could propose your brother to buy out your share. If things do not get settled amicably you could approach the Court claiming breach of trust.
