Brother forcefully written father's will and taken property

I have one younger brother he cheated on me he forcely written a will to mh father before his death and now he refused go give my share in property and all funds of my father what should j do to take y share..? I m hindu
You may institute a civil suit for cancellation of alleged forged will against your brother before a competent civil court and after get it declared forged you can get your encestral property partitioned
