Brother forcefully took parents's property can daughter claim share

05-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
I got married in 1991 my parents promised me one Acre of land as a marriage gift. My second elder brother registered the land on his wife name and my parents have approximately 20 acres of land n without any notification he registered rest of the property. My parents have 2 sons and 3 daughters. My mother recently expired. My second elder brother didnot even allow me to see her last time. The property is not equally divided. If we ask any share of our property he is abusing and also using muscle power. The local police and tashildar are helping him. So please give us a suitable solution and a competent authority to complain our problem. I have daughter for marriage and my son is still a under graduate and my husband is a small business man with low income . Due to my family low financial position and harrasement by my brother I am under great mental depression. So please understand my position. Please give me a solution from this problem.

Dear Concerned, Immediately obtain an EC and Certified copies of the land. Also try to obtain the copies of sale deeds he made in favor of third parties and challenge them in court through a Partition suit. As per your statement it looks that case is very weak for you but still we can fight for justice. You may contact us for further legal assistance in this matter.
