Brother did not pay amount after selling property

I have give power of attorney to my brother, i have given right to sell after making me peyment but he did not pay me any thing and sold property to his wife name, case is pending since last three year, his responce is he had piad me whereas he has never paid me any amount. what should I do
you can ask for specific performance relief. firstly your power of attorney needs to be gone through. the property belongs to whose name and the details have to be read out , only post that can we guide for the legal recourse

You can convince you brother without legal course since it is family matter and no question of law.As far as vacation of property is concerned, it can be done only by following due process of law. Thanks
