dear client
yes he may do the same fradulently ..... do not hand over original papers ... if he forces give only xerox copy
If your parents are not ready to give him any share and if there are senior citizen they can either make a WILL or
make partition of property as per their wish
All this shall avoid future litigation .

Respected Query
You have doubt that your elder brother can transfer of your's mother land in his favour. For veracity of this truth you can search before the Hon'ble Registrar of registry officer regarding transfer of land and you can ask your mother whether your mother give his signature on plain paper to your elder brother in future or not, if no, then avoid to give any signature to elder brother and also make a letter to Hon'ble Registrar regarding stopping of execution of your land if any any is transferring on the basis of your mother signature. Kindly give me details information regarding your whole issues so that I can give you better advice.

Look if the property is in the name of your mother and if she ls alive the property can be transferred only with he consent and approval however it is not advised that you hand over the property papers to your brother
