What are the documentary proof which can satisfy the law that you had purchased the 2nd room on 3rd floor from the owner. No doubt you are on paghdi system but then also you might have got some proof / receipts documents which can show that you had purchased the said flat from the owner.

Landlord has Right to Accept or Reject his Tenant. You can not force him to accept you as Tenant. On the Contrary , he can file case against you for Eviction for illegal and unauthorised Transfer of Tenant. However , You can always approach Court for Declaration of Tenant, if you eligible.
