Bought a plot which was already sold out what action can I take

some Plot sold out long back , that time they had given us wrong information & we all family members had signed legal document,..... but last year we came to know they had cheated us. what step now we can take ? we all family members who want justice now to find out who had planned to sold out & who took money for this plot . please advise what to do now.

You shall have to file a suit for recovery of the amount that you have paid. Further you shall have to file an FIR against the persons who have sold the land to you.
