File a suit for damages for delay in delivery. You will get a proportionate amount covering your loss due to delay in getting the possession of your flat. This could be filed in consumer court in your city.

If it's not been completed you can go ahead and seek damages /Recovery of your amount along with interest and you can also seek specific performance of the buyers agreement. Therefore the time period needs to be kept in consideration for filing the same .Therefore please contact for further clarifications thanks.

Dear Client, you are hereby advised to file a consumer complaint against the builder from whom you had purchased the flat. You are further advised to share the contract you entered with the builder for further remedies available to you.

You have to file against the developer or the authority who is responsible for completion of project. Remedy which you can avail by the court is to take back your hard earned with interest and compensation for your inconvenience. Revert me.

You can approach the consumer court or can file a criminal complaint against the builder for cheating and criminal breach of trust and can further seek refund of money with interest and compensation for harassment and mental agony.
