As Of Now My House Is Registered With My Name,By Gift Deed From My Mother.So Now I Want To Mutate It With My Name So Do I Need NOC From My Brothers ? I'm Asking This Question Because Its Gifted By My Mother To Me So Do I Need Their NOC To Mutate It To My Name ?
No need to NOC form your brother, you can muted your name by producing your Gift Deed to the BL&LRO. If the property is self purchased or inherited or belong to your mother and your mother execute the said Gift Deed during her life time ,so it is valid deed.
