Blood relation (Father to son) Sale deed in less consideration amt

Respected Sir /mam, I am applying loan against proper in bank where they demanding sale deed but I have GPA registered of 1976 on the name of my father. Bank is not going to satisfy on gift deed and demanding sale deed only. So there is a matter of consideration amount how can I pay 90lk amount to my father. I don't have any single rupees. Is it possible to show already received in the consideration column or I have to show any amount of consideration like 2lk,3lk for 90lk property .please help me. I need loan urgently
For sale deed you have to show the consederation amount and that cannot be 1 or 2 lakh it has to be according to circle rate and transaction show be there for sale deed i.e transfer of amount . You can apply loan in your fathers name if the property is in his name and if he is employed or if you have any assest you can take loan for eg. Car etc.
