Biased action by MCD and demolished our property what can I do

Our street is 10ft. wide and everyone have more than 3ft wide stairs in street and more than 4ft on the roads and whole area(including Delhi. But our stairs were only 2.5ft wide and aquired very less space in street. Even after that, MCD demolish our stairs without any notice or orders, and on the irrational demand of our neighbour. I am cent percent sure that JE took bribe,because everybody know that if a 2.5 ft stair is illegal than all the stairs more than this is illegal and must be demolished before demolishing smaller one. So what can be done in this case , Please help
you can send a legal notice to the concerned officer, asking for a reason for such demolition and also ask him a reason as to why has he not performed the same action for other such stairs in the same locality. based on his reply you can file a case against mcd in the court.

File a writ petition against the action of the MCD and bring to notice the fact that everyone else has also exceeded the limit. also, notice ought to have been given to you, and if notice was not issued, then the demolition is illegal and unlawful. you can claim compensation for this.
