BBMP B-Khata Transfer

Dear Sir, I purchased a flat which have BBMP (Municipality) B-Khata three years back, for which I am the third owner. Flat is purchased and sold three times. I got the Khata transfer on my name from BBMP through an Agent. To my surprise: 1. I got a handwritten Khata certificate with Two Owner names, Previous Owner and My name 2. After two years also my Name is not online on BBMP website. 3. Online BBMP website shows first Owner name . On contacting BBMP person, he says, B-khata never come online, which name is there online, it will remain forever. Is it true ? Then what's the use of Khata certificate. I doubt, it just a fudge, with just hand-written, and a stamp. With no name and signature. Kindly advice, 1. Should I approach BBMP for rectification in B-Khata certificate 2. How to get Tax receipts on my name ?
Basically not issue hand written certificate..you want change that you consult any advocate near they will help ..because it's a different procedure is there ..because now a days some agent addicted to cheat you should aware of that thank you
