Bank possessed our property and not wiling to compromise. What to do?

My property was possessed by the bank in Oct'15. There were lot of lapses in the possession processes followed by bank including getting a lapsed order from Additional Chief Magistrate, no prior notifications,etc.Bank is not willing for a compromise.My family and me were humiliated during the possession.At the high court hearing couple of days back, the judge referred the case to 2 bench sitting stating this case of returning the property is out of his jurisdiction.Kindly advise as to what should I do next. Also there is a parallel case coming up in DRAT Chennai for hearing this end of Nov'15.
