Bank Loan rejected without being registered deed

19-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
For re-sale property in Noida sec 37 sec. flats, self applied for loan but rejected being not registered deed. Property already in name of owner through transfer. Owner also has brothers and sisters who had given NOC for transfer. Further Relinquishment is not applicable in case of NOIDA. Kindly suggest the further way out through which banks can give loan and property can be made registered. Thank you. Satpal

The banks these days do not give loan till the property is a registered property. You need to get the property registered first by paying the requisite fees and complete all the formalities and then apply for loan. Once the property is registered you can apply for loan in any bank and you won't find any difficulty in doing so
