Bank auctioned builders entire project to new builder except my flat

I Booked one flat in June 2013 and paid booking amount. In Sept 2013, builder take mortgage loan against project excluding my flat as it was booked by me but builder mortgage whole land without my knowledge. Builder was defaulter and bank auction project to new builder with whole land but without my flat. Now what will be my situation as my flat is without undivided land.
You can send a legal notice to the builder claiming the booking amount and thereafter you can file a complaint in consumer forum against the builder for returning the booking amount. If you wish to cancel the booking of the flat.
