if some interested part or parties want to raise a dispute he or she may do so within 12 years as prescribed in law.
In this case only 6 years have lapsed. In any event what have the sisters done to obstruct the proposed sale by you, obtain an Injunction against them if they are causing to much of an issue.
Since you the affidavit and a Public Notice taken out before the purchase your case is very strong. Also you are in settled lawful possession of the schedule property, protect this till the end.

First, please gather all your documents and verify that when you purchased the property, you have complied with all the legal aspects and that you are indeed the absolute owner of the property as on date. If you are the absolute owner of the property, then no one can disturb your ownership/ possession. Secondly, if anyone tries to disturb your ownership/ possession, you can file a criminal complaint against them, if you are indeed the rightful owner.
