We have a land bought in 1983 and built house at 1992. Have all the relevant document required. But now the Army claims the property to the theirs'. Please advise what can be done

If army is acquired your land without proper acquisition process. You are entitled to approach the concerned high court by filing writ petition in your name and after the direction from the court, you will get your property back. Revert me . Best of luck.

kindly share the details of the city where you bought this land and also confirm that the house was built according to the plan submitted in the local authority, in case you have all the relevant documents with you with an approved plan of house, then you can appeal in the district court for relief.
