Are notarized stamp papers for house enough for claiming posession

01-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Someone forcibly took my mothers thumb impression on my house stamp papers. And he has done its notary too. But it's not registered yet. So will you please tell me are these documents valid? And how can i prove him wrong in the court. Thank you.
