Applicability of Limitation Act in cases of registered partition deeds

11-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
Can a brother who is a party to the registered partition deed challenge the deed after 17 years of partition claiming that he was forced to sign the document, when his major sons signed as witnesses in the document? He had also sold his portion of property by referring the same registered partition deed after 7 years of the deed.Is Law of Limitation applicable to registered partition deed?

Sir,
Normally a person cannot repudiate after 17 years from the date of partition deed registered, if he sold a portion of his share based on the partition deed then absolutely he cannot raise his ground by questioning the partition is void.
