Please be specific, Have you already filed an appeal or you want to file an appeal at high court. Also specify the which lower court and the give specification of land or plot or flat, etc. also brief the exact issue.

You can go for appeal against any order passed by session court and as per the rule you hv to move notice of motion and then your suit for possession. The detail advise can be given after reading the documents.

you can file appeal in Bombay High Court for Ownership as per adverse possession.

However, you will have to understand that just one-line short question can not be replied in detail and in length on such complex issue of "adverse possession"

you will have to share more details on the property as well as the adverse possession as well as who is the opponent challenging the ownership or adverse possession
