Ancestral property transferre by uncle in his name can we claim share

Hi,we have our ancestral property in Rajasthan, After my dad death in 2012 my uncle transferred the house in his name. We dont have any Patta details of ancestral property and neither panchayat giving the same.Can i have my rights on that house.

Yes..

You have all the rights on the house and all other properties of the family....

However you would require documents for the filing of the case in the court.

Without documents, it is not possible to file court case.
