Ancestral property sold without intimation, what can be done

Hi, I wanted to know the process to file a case if grandfather sold ancestral property without informing one of his sons & distributed the amount among other sons & daughters except for one. Am the granddaughter(25 yrs), the daughter of the son whom my grandfather did not pay the amount post selling the property(5 acres land). Also the land was sold without informing/consulting my dad.
