Ancestral property sold when I was minor can I object now

12-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
I am a christian. In 2008 my mother and sister had sold an ancestral property to someone. At that time I was a minor and this transactions did not have my signature. Hence I'm told that this deed is not valid. I'm a major now. Now, the person who bought the property back in 2008, wants to sell a part of it to another person. Would it be possible for me to validate this deed without validating the previous one? If so how can I do it?

If you had a share in the property and it was sold during your minority, and if you do not have any objection to that sale of property at this stage, you need not bother about it now. As well as there is no need for signing any ratification for the property which no more belongs to you now.
The property has already been sold to some third party, now he is the absolute owner of the property, there is no need for your consent for him t sell his own property now.
