Ancestral property sold by father filed a case can i get my share

22-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
My father sold our ancestral property in 1993 when I was an adult. The conveyance deed was registered in 1993 but stamp duty was cleared in 2007 by the purchaser. I have challenged it in city civil court in 2008 & the matter is still pending. Now there is redevelopment taking place through SRA on the same property. Can I get my share as a coparcener? How strong is my case??
