Ancestral property grandfather sold our share what can we do now?

17-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)

My great grandfather had two sons A and B. Again A have three sons and B have only one son. The sons of A told us that your grandfather selled all your share and we get it back. They said that we don't have right to claim your share and denied to give. Further the property is still in the name of great grandfather. Please help us

As per your query, if the property is still in your grandfather's name then you can file a partition suit for the property. Legally you have a share in the property and you can ask for the same from the court.
