Ancestral property belonging 5 members be sold without consent of one

Ancestral property of 1 ground and 200 sq.ft belongs to 4 sisters and 1brothet can the property be sold without the Consent of the eldest as she wants only land while others want money . How can this problem be solved it's an Hindu property.
you can still file a suit for cancellation of sale deed which is void ab intio upto your share but you will have to show that when you came to about the sale because limitation of such suit is only 3 years from the date of knowledge.
