Agricultural land seller harassing after registration

I bought agricultural land, registered and obtained patta. Now the previous owner filed a case in the name of his mother. Its not an inherited property so his mother has no right to it. He filed an objection in the registrar office with the case number to stop me from selling it. He is demanding 4L and withdraw the case.
He has been harassing us for the last 3 years and he kept on increasing the demanded amount. I live in Bangalore and land is in Devdurga district. Is there a way I can file an harassment case in Bangalore to same myself from spending workdays in far away Devdurga. I can hire
No. since the land you purchased and the sellers against whom you are planning to file an harassment case are in devadurga, for any relief you need to approach the jurisdictional Courts only. why don't you expedite the matter which is already pending and obtain an order?

Plz see there is stay in suit scheduled property which bonafide purchased buy you and which case reffered by your opponent before registration office , if not we can file case against him for harrasment and block mailing without having anyright over the property. Once case filed against him, himself will comedown.
