AGM members of society increased premium what can be done

I have bought a resale flat and given Share transfer documents in society 3 months earlier, at that time the Share Transfer Premium was Rs 10000 today in AGM members approved No objection for transfer of name and increased premium to Rs 25000. Do i have to pay Rs 10000 or 25000, is there any circular/rule, and way to fight against society in case of higher transfer premium? Please help.
