After taking a gift DD from father,sister asking for more share

My father before his death, gave a gift DD to my sister about 75% of total property. Remaining property is undiveded. After his death, now she is asking share on remaining property.. we are two brothers.. can we get share on gift DD.. if not, even can we get remaining 25% of remaining property with out my sister involvement?
