You file a suit for vacation against those who have illegally occupied your property and can also file a criminal case under relevant section for that you will have to tell us the entire facts of the case.

Alright,
A person in occupancy of a premises for more than six months can be evicted by due process of law. The occupant would have filed a suit for permanent injunction from forceful eviction. If that is so bring an end to that suit by an undertaking that you will get the possession by due process of law, without admitting anything more . File a suit for possession

Contact to lawyer and give a complaint to concern SHO after that file a suit against the person who have illegal captured your property. You can bring civil and criminal case against the person. You shoild have property's paper alongwith petition

One has to see all the documents such as title deeds, the action taken by you, including complaints to authority if any, any correspondence exchanged between the parties till date in order to be in a position to advise you in the matter.
