Advice for selling an undivided land

10-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My father along with his three brothers bought a property in the name of their wives. Later the complete property was transfered in my mother's name by the other three aunts. We are two brothers and two sisters. Sisters are married in very sound families for past 40 years. And they are not willing to sign on NOC, neither is my brother willing to give me half of the property. my father died in 1992 and mother in 2011. There is no will.what is my share in such property and how do I sell it as I don't live here.

You have half share in that particular property. So by Hindu Succession Act you are a coparcener in that property and you have half the share in it so you can sell it better will be filing a title partition suit so that your property will be demarcated to you.
